Andrew Marshall

With over 20 years of experience within Financial Markets, Andrew specialises in large scale change initiatives that span organisational boundaries. Previously employed at Logica and m.a.partners, Andrew joins Crossbridge from Detica, where he was head of consulting for market service providers.

Andrew has deep experience of enabling and driving change within complex environments that often span multiple businesses and IT groups. Having worked in high pressured and politically charged environments for many years, Andrew is able to build consensus on key business objectives with stakeholders at all levels.

Jennyfer Stanley

With over 15 years' experience working in Financial Markets in New York, Tokyo and London, Jennyfer is frequently engaged to help clients deal with complex front-to-back organisational change to deliver global, multi-dimensional programmes and to manage programmes for new business setups. 

Jennyfer has previously held positions at J.P. Morgan, Pershing (a division of Credit Suisse First Boston) and m.a.partners. She has worked for a number of financial institutions including ABN Amro, Sanford Bernstein, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Merrill Lynch.

 

Karen Chu

Karen is an experienced senior executive with a proven track record in the Financial Markets industry. Karen is able to deliver business results within complex change environments, by combining strong collaborative leadership, a high degree of creativity and structured change management. 

Karen has worked in key change roles and strategic advisory positions in London, New York, Hong Kong, Geneva and Amsterdam.  Over the last 15 years, Karen has worked on managing board initiatives, global change programmes and shared services initiatives for her clients as part of m.a.partners and then Detica including HSBC, RBS, Standard Bank, Nomura, Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO, and Morgan Stanley.

 

Richard Squire

With more than 20 years' experience in the Financial Services industry, Richard has established a track record of defining and delivering large scale business and technology change for leading firms in the global Financial Markets. He has taken key roles in organisation and industry wide change, including new trading platforms, firmwide risk and finance capabilities, as well as responses to regulation. 

Richard began his career with Accenture before joining m.a.partners and subsequently Detica, where he was a Business Unit Director for the Global Financial Services division.

Richard is a Managing Partner of Crossbridge. 

Stephen Kinns

Stephen has over 15 years experience working in the Financial Markets industry leading business and IT strategy and implementation engagements. Previously employed at Morgan Stanley and m.a.partners, Stephen has worked at a number of prestigious financial institutions in London, Hong Kong and Geneva in their Front Office, Technology and Operations areas.

Stephen specialises in delivering real business value through the identification and implementation of target operating models, business process redesign, and programme/project management.

 

 

Steve Green

Steve's career in Financial Markets spans more than 15 years, including key roles at Goldman Sachs, Fidelity and m.a.partners. Covering both Investment Banking and Asset Management, Steve has led change initiatives in London and New York across Business, Operations and Technology.

More recently, Steve has been engaged as a lead consultant in blue chip organisations including HSBC, Barclays Capital and Broadridge to help establish practical business and technology strategies and deliver more effective and efficient operating models.

 

 

Tim Cuddeford

In a career spanning 30 years, predominately spent in Financial Markets, Tim has been employed in CTO and practice lead positions at HSBC, Credit Suisse, Mizuho and m.a.partners. Tim joined Crossbridge from Detica where he was head of Financial Markets consulting across Europe. 

Tim has undertaken engagements at many leading financial institutions in the UK, US and mainland Europe. With a special focus on delivering change through high performing teams, Tim has particular experience of operations and IT across all asset classes.

Tim is the Chairman of Crossbridge.

Ted Rees

Ted has over 25 years' experience working in the Financial Markets industry within the City of London. His experience covers a broad range of IT, management consultancy, global technology, line management and business management. He has carried out assignments for many of the leading City institutions including Credit Suisse, Barclays, UBS, Deutsche Bank. He has also worked in a number of smaller organisations, including a number of successful startups.

Ted has an extensive network of contacts and is well known in the City, within both the IT and business communities.

Tony Clark

With a 20 year career in Financial Markets in London, New York and the Middle East, Tony is a clear thinker with a collaborative style that is focussed on the delivery of complex business and IT change. Tony has worked in key roles at global Investment Banks and Asset Managers on a wide variety of initiatives that include business startups, systems change, technology strategy and governance. 

Tony spent the first part of his career with Accenture, before moving on to m.a.partners and then Detica where he was Business Development Director for the commercial division. Tony has previously worked on assignments and held positions at BarCap, UBS, RBS FM, Deutsche Bank, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, CSFB, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.

Tony is a Managing Partner of Crossbridge.

 

Steve Shyn

With more than 20 years of financial markets experience, Steve's broad industry knowledge and exemplary delivery record have focused on the most complex issues challenging our industry.  Steve has been successful working in global organisations by employing structure and discipline, active communication and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Steve specializes in cross functional programs dealing with regulatory change (KYC, Market/Credit Risk, Regulatory reporting) that leverage his business change, technology and data management skills.   Steve has held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, HSBC, m.a.partners and JPMorgan Chase and has been engaged at ABN AMRO, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and CIBC.  

Steve is a Partner in our New York Office.

Beth Boyd

Beth has over 17 years of experience working in the Financial Markets industry both in New York and London.  She has experience in managing a broad range of technology and management consulting assignments, ranging from operational strategy design, business process change and program and project management.
She has worked at many of the leading investment banks including; JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital.  

Beth is a partner in our New York office.

Haydn Lightfoot

Haydn has 20 years' experience in the Financial Markets industry and completed key assignments at a number of Investment Banks that have included HSBC, RBS, UBS, JP Morgan Chase, ABN AMRO and Standard Bank.

Haydn has taken a collaborative approach to work in partnership with clients to successfully complete roles across IT projects, programme and business management, current state analysis, and development/evaluation of target architectures to define future roadmaps.

Louise Courtman

With over 10 years' experience in Financial Markets, Louise has an established track record of defining and driving effective global change programmes within complex environments, through strong leadership and a focussed collaborative approach. Louise has experience across multiple business and product areas, with particular expertise in Operations, Risk and Control. 

Louise began her career with Goldman Sachs and has worked on engagements for a number of financial institutions, including RBS GBM and ABN AMRO. She delivered effective business process re-engineering, more efficient operating models and managed regulatory change initiatives. In early 2011, Crossbridge welcomed Louise as its first Associate Partner in London.

Matt Shaw

Matt is an accomplished project and change manager with over 12 years experience delivering business and technology solutions to Financial Markets organisations such as UBS, Deutsche Bank, HSBC GBM, RBS GBM, RBC, Standard Bank, and Tullet Prebon. 

Matt has broad functional and product knowledge with particular expertise in Finance, Risk, Equities, Equity Derivatives.  He offers domain knowledge particularly in reference data, delivery best-practice, business analysis, functional and data architecture, in order to balance strategic aims with industry-wide imperatives.
