Claire has over 10 years proven experience in managing, supporting and delivering projects. Claire is a PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager, who is highly organised and can manage competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.

Claire takes a proactive, people centred approach to successfully manage change and ensures initiatives are supported with the right communication, training and tools. Claire's area of expertise lies in developing and implementing end-to-end change management strategy with expertise in regulatory reform in particular the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

Denis has over 25 years Investment Banking experience across a variety of products and markets, having been a Middle Office manager with specific responsibility for Credit Risk and Loan Portfolio Management. Denis has a proven track record working as a key business advisor for strategic change initiatives and merger requirements utilising strong effective communication and change management skills.

In addition, Denis has a wealth of traditional banking product knowledge and experience, with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving which has been utilised in many contexts. Denis's expertise lies in his in depth experience of all post execution functions from trade lifecycle, Middle Office processes, Client Onboarding and outsourcing. He has gained experience implementing and migrating loan portfolios from ACBS to LoanIQ.

Elizabeth has 9 years extensive experience in delivering complex and global change programmes and initiatives across the Financial, Oil and Gas and Non Profit industries. She has an exceptional ability to acquire knowledge and skills rapidly in an ever changing environment whilst proficiently building and managing stakeholder relationships.

Elizabeth's area of expertise lies in her ability to partner and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders from various areas of the business including developers, external suppliers, customers and analysts nationally and globally.

Luess has over 15 years of experience gained predominantly in the banking industry. She has extensive knowledge of setting up and implementing business change projects to support IT programmes and achieving target operating models.

Luess has a structured change management approach, is adept at managing stakeholders at all levels and is a strong communicator. Luess's area of expertise is providing practical industry experience across financial services and consulting specifically in Lending, Operations, Distribution Channels, Organisational Design, Outsourcing and Offshoring.

Tom has significant experience providing consultancy services in strategy development and implementation across business and IT environments.  Tom has specific expertise in requirements definition, management of complex multi stakeholder environments, governance, and delivering cross functional transformation programmes.

Tom has a hands-on delivery approach, with strong analytical skills and an effective stakeholder management and communication style.

Tony has over 25 years' experience, he has worked closely with senior financial services stakeholders as a trusted advisor to successfully deliver change across a range of business lines and functions.  Tony has particular expertise in Operations and Technology, with an ability to embed strong stakeholder engagement in complex change programmes.

Tony has previously worked on assignments and held positions at Citigroup, RBS, CSFB, PaineWebber International, Lehman Brothers and Baring Securities. Tony has particular expertise in building strong relationship skills with business, operations, compliance, finance and technology staff.
