Louise Courtman is featured in the Evening Standard article, 'Who would give an ex-banker a job', talking about her move to Crossbridge at the height of the financial crisis in 2009 and the varied opportunities her role affords her.

Louise Courtman said,

"I wanted to be involved in a smaller firm where I could add value, use my skills, and take on more responsibility...so I looked at niche consultancy firms, rather than the Big Four, where I could work in the same industry, just in a different capacity and fast track more quickly, going to a level that was much higher.  The biggest difference is that Crossbridge is more entrepreneurial and by making the move I could leverage all my skills and use them in a way that I feel more valued."
